How do I access my courses?

You need to be registered and logged in to access your courses. Once logged in, click on 'My Account' on the top menu bar, and click the title of the course you wish to complete. You can then navigate through the training and complete the quiz at the end.

How do I get my certificate?

You will be awarded with your certificate once you have completed all aspects of your chosen course. Make sure you have read through all the pages of the course and pressed the 'Mark as complete' button once you are finished on each topic. You then need to complete the quiz at the end of the course. All courses have a multiple choice quiz at the end with a pass rate of 80%. 

You are able to retake the quiz as many times as needed and there is no time limit.

Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?

If you are the training manager/coordinator/manager for a care agency/facility, then please email us at [email protected] to discuss possible discounts. If you have multiple learners that require training, we are happy to offer discounts.

How many CPD credits is each course worth?

All of our courses are CPD accredited and you can find a breakdown of the CPD credits awarded for each one below. One CPD credit is the same as one CPD point or one CPD hour.

 

One CPD credit:

  • Preventing Radicalisation

 

Two CPD Credits:

  • Information Governance, GDPR, and  Data Security (including Caldicott Principles)
  • Safeguarding Children & Young Adults (Level 2)
  • Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults (Level 2)

 

Three CPD credits:

  • Basic COVID-19 Safety (including PPE Guidance)
